What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that uses a language model to carry out a multi-step task on its own — reading inputs, making decisions and taking actions through your tools — rather than just answering a single question. In practice it might triage tickets, draft replies, research a topic or update records.
Should we build AI or buy an off-the-shelf tool?
Buy when a good product already fits; build when the workflow is specific to your business or the data is sensitive. We will tell you honestly which one wins — often the answer is a small custom layer on top of tools you already pay for.
Is our data safe?
We design for data minimisation and use providers with no-training, enterprise data terms. For the most sensitive cases, our sister unit AIOD runs models fully on hardware you own, with no data leaving the building.
How do you measure if the AI is working?
Against a real outcome agreed up front — hours saved, response time, error rate or revenue — not vanity metrics. If a pilot does not move the number, we prune it.
How fast can you ship something?
Most Labs pilots go from scope to a working tool in two to six weeks, depending on integrations and data access.
